It’s spring break around here, so we’re heading to Santa Fe for a family visit. We haven’t been, all four of us, in four years, which is hard to believe. I’ll be looking for new recipes and ideas from some of our favorite haunts there, so look for those ideas to show up in next week’s post.
This week’s menu plan includes easy meals that my kids enjoy and that require very little preparation. If you’re having a stay-cation this week, I hope having a cheat sheet will help give you a stress-free break. Happy week!
